Package Your Items

Carefully place the Nanoleaf panels, controllers, and power supplies in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
